Exam Guidance: If your child wishes to be entered for an RAD Ballet examination at the end of the academic year, we strongly recommend attending two ballet classes per week to ensure they receive the training hours recommended by the Royal Academy of Dance and are fully prepared for their exam. In our Grade 1 ballet classes, students delve deeper into the foundations of classical ballet technique, building upon the fundamentals learned in previous levels. Through engaging exercises and choreography, they refine their posture, alignment, and movement quality, developing a strong foundation for future advancement.
Aligned with RAD standards, our classes provide a structured pathway for progression, ensuring students receive comprehensive training in ballet theory and practice. While examinations are optional, we offer our BTA students the opportunity to challenge themselves and showcase their skills through RAD exams, fostering a sense of achievement and pride in their accomplishments.
